Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and calibrate GPS tracking devices and vehicle telematics systems in various fleet vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with telematics hardware, software, and communication networks
- Perform regular maintenance and system updates to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Provide on-site technical support and training to clients on using telematics systems effectively
- Document service activities, maintain accurate records of installations and repairs
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues and improve service processes
- Stay updated with the latest telematics technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Technical diploma or certification in electronics, IT, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience installing or troubleshooting GPS tracking systems or vehicle telematics
- Strong knowledge of GPS technology, vehicle electronics, and communication networks
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities with mechanical and electronic systems
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in field service environment
- Willingness to travel within Calamba City and surrounding areas as required
