Enerflex is a leading global provider of energy infrastructure and services. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our expanding team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the operational excellence of our mechanical and electrical systems across critical sites in either Cakung (North Jakarta) or Handil (East Kalimantan).
As a Field Service Technician, you will be the face of Enerflex on-site, responsible for performing complex maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mission-critical equipment. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventative maintenance, corrective repairs, and routine inspections on mechanical and electrical power generation and compression equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex system failures using specialized diagnostic tools and technical schematics.
- Execute site installations, commissioning, and upgrades in accordance with engineering specifications and safety protocols.
- Document service activities, parts usage, and site reports accurately within our maintenance management system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to provide technical support and ensure minimal equipment downtime.
- Adhere strictly to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and procedures during all field operations.
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians and client site staff on equipment handling.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in field service, specifically with gas compression, power generation, or heavy industrial machinery.
- Solid knowledge of electrical control systems, PLCs, and mechanical power transmission systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings, electrical diagrams, and P&IDs.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in remote or fast-paced industrial environments.
- Valid certification in relevant safety standards is highly preferred.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work at various site locations as required.
