Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repair on Sandvik mining equipment, including excavators, loaders, and haul trucks.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical system failures on-site.
- Conduct thorough safety inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Travel to client sites (mines, quarries, or construction projects) to provide immediate technical support and repairs.
- Document all service activities, repair details, and customer feedback accurately in job management systems.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify root causes of equipment failures and suggest improvements.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools to ensure efficient job execution and reduced downtime.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in field service or maintenance of heavy mining machinery.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical components, hydraulic systems, and basic electrical schematics.
- Valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel to various job sites as required.
- Physically fit to perform manual labor, work in outdoor environments, and handle heavy equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, service manuals, and computerized job management systems.
