Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-site service, maintenance, and technical support for Vertiv's power systems including UPS, batteries, and switchgear
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair complex power systems with minimal supervision
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate service records and comprehensive documentation
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior field service engineers
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure service level agreements are met
- Stay updated with the latest industry technologies and Vertiv product innovations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in power systems or UPS maintenance
- Strong technical knowledge of UPS systems, batteries, and switchgear
- Valid electrical or technical certification
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required
