We are seeking a passionate and skilled Field Services Engineer to join our growing team in Cebu City. You will be instrumental in delivering world-class technical support, installation, and maintenance services for our state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment across the Visayas and Mindanao regions.

As a Field Services Engineer, your primary mission is to ensure the seamless operation of our advanced equipment. You will conduct routine inspections, troubleshoot complex issues, lead installation projects, and provide hands-on training to medical staff. Your expertise directly impacts patient care quality.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, configuration, and calibration of medical diagnostic equipment.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and corrective repairs to ensure optimal machine uptime.
- Diagnose technical malfunctions and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Train end-users on the safe and efficient operation of diagnostic systems.
- Manage service inventory and parts, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
- Provide detailed technical reports and feedback to the engineering and sales teams.
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
- Adhere strictly to company protocols and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in field service engineering, preferably in the medical or diagnostic industry.
- Strong understanding of electronic and mechanical systems.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Cebu, the Visayas, and other areas as needed.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Must be willing to be based in Cebu City.
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in using various diagnostic tools and software.
