Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of diagnostic equipment and systems.
- Conduct thorough diagnostic testing to identify root causes of technical failures.
- Provide exceptional technical support and training to end-users and clients.
- Document all service activities, repairs, and customer interactions accurately.
- Collaborate with the central technical team to escalate complex issues and share best practices.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company service standards during all field operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in field service, technical support, or engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems independently.
- Valid professional driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse clients.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel to various locations within Metro Manila.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and technical software.
