Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, calibration, and preventive maintenance of diagnostic equipment and systems.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to minimize equipment downtime for clients.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor equipment performance and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Document detailed service reports, including diagnostic findings, repairs performed, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with the central technical support team to share knowledge and escalate critical issues.
- Provide technical training and guidance to end-users regarding equipment operation and best practices.
- Manage and inventory field service tools, test equipment, and spare parts during visits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in field service, technical support, or a related engineering role.
- Strong working knowledge of diagnostic instrumentation, troubleshooting protocols, and electronic systems.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license (if applicable to engineering discipline).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region and maintain a flexible schedule.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
