Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily waste collection, transportation, and disposal operations across assigned zones
- Lead, train, and motivate field staff to ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize operational downtime
- Implement waste segregation and recycling initiatives to maximize resource recovery
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with environmental regulations
- Manage customer interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving service-related issues
- Prepare detailed shift reports and operational performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in waste management or logistics
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and safety standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficient in using fleet management software and reporting tools
- Physical ability to perform field inspections in various weather conditions
