Join Jaya Obayashi as a Field Supervisor MEP and lead critical infrastructure projects in Karawang! You'll orchestrate complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution across planning, subcontractor coordination, installation, testing, commissioning, and final inspection phases. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end MEP project execution including planning, subcontractor designation, and installation coordination
- Manage testing, commissioning, and inspection processes to ensure compliance with technical specifications
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve site issues and maintain project timelines
- Enforce safety protocols and quality control standards during all construction phases
- Monitor budget adherence and resource allocation for mechanical/electrical/plumbing works
- Prepare progress reports and maintain documentation as per project requirements
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and regulatory bodies for approvals and compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in MEP field supervision
- Proven track record in commercial/industrial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of local and international MEP standards and codes
- Certifications in project management (PMP) or MEP systems preferred
- Advanced proficiency in MEP installation techniques and troubleshooting
- Leadership skills with subcontractor management experience
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for technical documentation
