Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site technical troubleshooting and repairs for equipment and systems
- Provide manual support for installation, setup, and maintenance of machinery
- Coordinate logistical operations to ensure efficient delivery and deployment of resources
- Document service activities, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during all field operations
- Train clients on proper equipment usage and maintenance procedures
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend preventive maintenance actions
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Technical Support, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical support or field service roles
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
