Talent Trader Group is seeking a proactive Field Support Engineer to join our technical team in the Central Region. In this vital role, you will be the face of our technical operations, ensuring that our industrial equipment functions at peak performance for our diverse portfolio of clients.
You will be responsible for end-to-end technical support, ranging from the initial installation and commissioning phase to ongoing preventative maintenance and reactive troubleshooting. This is a dynamic position that requires strong interpersonal skills, a logical approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the professional installation, setup, and commissioning of industrial equipment at client sites.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure long-term machine reliability and performance.
- Provide prompt on-site and remote technical support to resolve complex hardware and software malfunctions.
- Prepare comprehensive technical service reports and documentation following each site visit.
- Train client staff on the safe operation and basic troubleshooting of installed machinery.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to provide feedback on equipment performance and potential design improvements.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure all required tools and equipment are well-maintained for field operations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field service or technical support for industrial equipment.
- Strong working knowledge of industrial automation, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, or PLC controllers.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and manuals accurately.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Central Region for site visits.
- Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English to interact effectively with clients and management.
