Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and commission Fiber Optic and Wireless network systems
- Diagnose and resolve network outages with minimal downtime
- Perform preventive maintenance on network infrastructure
- Document technical procedures and service reports
- Adhere to company SLAs for service delivery timelines
- Collaborate with NOC team for seamless issue escalation
- Provide technical guidance to junior field technicians
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in Fiber Optic/Wireless installation
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity issues
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency with network testing tools (OTDR, Spectrum Analyzer)
- Understanding of SLA compliance protocols
- Ability to work independently in field environments
- Basic knowledge of network security principles
