As a Field Support Engineer, you'll deliver hands-on technical solutions at customer sites, ensuring seamless product integration and optimal performance. This temporary position offers the opportunity to troubleshoot complex issues, provide real-time customer training, and contribute directly to service excellence across West Kalimantan's diverse retail landscape.
Your role will involve diagnosing hardware/software malfunctions, executing preventative maintenance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated concerns. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-site technical installation, configuration, and maintenance of retail/consumer products
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software malfunctions through systematic troubleshooting
- Deliver product training to end-users and store personnel
- Document service activities and maintain accurate technical reports
- Collaborate with remote support teams for complex issue resolution
- Conduct preventative maintenance to optimize product longevity
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend system improvements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Electronics, or related technical field
- Minimum 1 year field support or technical assistance experience
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware/software troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently in remote locations
- Familiarity with retail POS systems or consumer electronics preferred
