Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine on-site inspections and field support tasks as assigned.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational issues immediately upon identification.
- Ensure all field activities are aligned with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Coordinate with the central office to provide timely updates and performance reports.
- Maintain equipment and assets allocated for field operations in good working condition.
- Assist in the deployment of new operational initiatives or product rollouts.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local stakeholders and clients.
- Document all field activities accurately to ensure data integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Willing to be assigned and mobile within the Maluku region.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to operate basic technical tools and documentation software.
- Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM C/A) is preferred.
- Previous experience in field operations, customer service, or retail support is an advantage.
- Fast learner and capable of adapting to new operational processes quickly.
