Mitracomm Ekasarana is seeking a dedicated and proactive Field Support professional to join our operations team in Papua Tengah. As a critical link in our field service network, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high operational standards in the region. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for technical or operational issues in the field. You will be expected to troubleshoot challenges efficiently, report updates accurately to the management team, and ensure that company protocols are strictly followed. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable to local conditions, and possess strong communication skills to handle field-level interactions effectively.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine field visits to monitor operational performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Provide immediate on-site technical assistance and troubleshooting for field-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client requests or operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate documentation and digital logs of all daily field activities and incident reports.
- Monitor and manage field equipment or assets to ensure they remain in good working condition.
- Communicate regularly with the head office regarding progress, challenges, and regional updates.
- Ensure all safety and operational protocols are followed during the execution of field tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Willingness to be placed and work on-site in the Papua Tengah region.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Effective verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
- Proficiency in using mobile applications for reporting and administrative tasks.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and commitment to service excellence.
- Ability to adapt to various field environments and working conditions.
