Tanggung Jawab
- Lead complex technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for critical onsite infrastructure issues.
- Provide expert-level field support across the ASEAN region, ensuring adherence to global service level agreements (SLAs).
- Mentor and coach junior support staff, promoting best practices and continuous technical upskilling.
- Coordinate with cross-functional global teams to implement patches, upgrades, and system migrations.
- Act as an escalation point for high-priority incidents, ensuring timely resolution and clear stakeholder communication.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and knowledge base articles for regional operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and field support efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in field support, systems administration, or technical engineering.
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise-level hardware/software troubleshooting and network infrastructure.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring or team-leading within an IT service environment.
- Proven ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced global IT environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in English.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, ITIL, or CompTIA Server+) are highly desirable.
