Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for equipment/systems at client locations
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport materials, tools, and personnel
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
- Document service activities and prepare detailed reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- 1+ years of field support or technical experience
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physical fitness for fieldwork and lifting requirements
- High school diploma; technical certification preferred
