- Conduct in-person surveys with participants across designated field locations
- Accurately collect and document survey data using digital tools and paper forms
- Explain survey objectives clearly to participants to ensure cooperation
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain participant confidentiality
- Manage daily fieldwork schedules efficiently to meet project deadlines
- Report technical issues and data discrepancies promptly to supervisors
- Represent the organization professionally during all field interactions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous customer service or field interviewing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
