Tanggung Jawab
- Perform onsite installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
- Provide tier-2 technical support to end-users in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage inventory and procurement for field assets while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to resolve escalated technical incidents.
- Assist in the deployment of system upgrades and hardware refreshes across multiple client locations.
- Ensure all technical activities adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal security protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a field support or desktop support role.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and enterprise software environments.
- Proficiency in networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi configurations).
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage client relationships.
- Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft 365 Certified are highly preferred.
