You will work closely with our engineering team to provide on-site technical support for clients, ensuring their infrastructure remains secure and operational. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of cyber security hardware and network infrastructure.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and system audits to ensure client security systems are operating at peak efficiency.
- Provide prompt technical support and diagnostic services to resolve hardware and software conflicts in the field.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to document technical issues, update service logs, and escalate critical security vulnerabilities.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by providing clear, professional communication during service visits.
- Ensure all field operations comply with industry security standards and internal company protocols.
- Assist in the deployment of security patches, firmware updates, and system upgrades for client-side hardware.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field service, technical support, or system maintenance.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN) and security hardware configurations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, and various hardware maintenance equipment.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Central Region to client sites as required.
