In this role, you will be the bridge between our operational strategy and our ground-level execution, ensuring that our teams are fully equipped to deliver the high standards Salmon Group is known for.
As our Field Trainer, you will spend your time in the field, engaging directly with our Sales Hunters, Territory Supervisors, and Merchant Partners. You will be responsible for spearheading onboarding initiatives, facilitating coaching sessions, and delivering comprehensive operational training that directly impacts our business performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and conduct immersive onboarding programs for new Sales Hunters and field personnel.
- Provide ongoing coaching to Territory Supervisors to improve team performance and leadership effectiveness.
- Deliver regular training sessions on operational processes, product knowledge, and compliance for Merchant Partners.
- Regularly visit field locations to conduct audits, identify training gaps, and provide real-time feedback.
- Develop and update training materials, manuals, and instructional videos to reflect current operational best practices.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with regional managers to align training efforts with the company's overall sales and expansion goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in field training, corporate training, or similar instructional roles.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of improving team performance through structured coaching and training.
- Ability to work independently and manage a field schedule effectively in the Davao region.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and digital learning tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with various stakeholders, including business owners and sales staff.
