Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct on-site merchant training for BillEase's payment solutions across Bacolod and Iloilo
- Develop and deliver customized training materials addressing merchant-specific needs
- Provide hands-on guidance for POS integration and platform utilization
- Document training outcomes and identify opportunities for program enhancement
- Collaborate with sales teams to align training with merchant acquisition goals
- Monitor post-training adoption and troubleshoot operational challenges
- Facilitate product knowledge workshops for merchant staff
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field
- 1+ years experience in training, sales support, or customer education
- Resident of Bacolod or Iloilo with strong regional knowledge
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to create engaging training materials
- Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or payment systems preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital training tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
