- Conduct on-site product training sessions for partners and clients across Bohol
- Develop and deliver customized training materials aligned with client needs
- Provide hands-on guidance during field implementations and troubleshooting
- Collect participant feedback and continuously improve training methodologies
- Act as BillEase's brand ambassador while building client relationships
- Document training outcomes and prepare comprehensive activity reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to align training with product updates
Kualifikasi
- Must be a resident of Bohol with deep local knowledge
- Minimum 1-2 years in training, sales support, or customer education
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and local dialects
- Ability to travel extensively across Bohol regions
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability in field environments
- Experience with fintech or financial products is highly advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
