- Design and implement comprehensive F&B training programs aligned with brand standards
- Conduct on-the-job training for new hires and existing staff across multiple outlets
- Develop engaging training materials including manuals, presentations, and assessments
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to improve service quality
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and performance gaps
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into training modules
- Track training effectiveness through KPIs and adjust programs accordingly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of F&B operations and training experience
- Proven track record in developing and delivering staff training programs
- Strong communication skills with ability to train diverse audiences
- Proficiency in training methodologies and adult learning principles
- Knowledge of F&B operations, safety protocols, and service standards
