Kredivo Group, a leading fintech ecosystem in Southeast Asia, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Trainer to join our team in Pelalawan. In this role, you will be the bridge between our strategic goals and field execution, ensuring our Sales Promoters and merchant partners are equipped with the knowledge and motivation to succeed.
As a Field Trainer, you will spend significant time in the field, analyzing performance data, identifying training gaps, and implementing solutions that drive merchant engagement and sales growth. You are a natural educator, a data enthusiast, and a partner to the local sales team. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular field visits to Sales Promoters and merchant/outlet locations to monitor operational performance.
- Analyze visit data to identify performance trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Deliver on-the-job training and coaching sessions to ensure adherence to company standards and sales processes.
- Develop and implement effective training modules tailored to the needs of the local sales team.
- Collaborate with the Sales Department to formulate strategies that increase merchant activation and transaction volume.
- Provide detailed reporting on field observations, training effectiveness, and performance metrics to management.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent service quality and professional representation at all merchant points.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field training, sales coaching, or related field force management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
- High mobility and willingness to travel within the Pelalawan region.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
- Proactive mindset with a strong drive to hit targets and solve operational challenges on the ground.
