Are you a cinema enthusiast with a sharp eye for market trends and content strategy? ASRI is seeking a dynamic and analytical Film Programming Assistant Manager to join the FLIX Cinema team. As a key player within the Agung Sedayu Group, we are committed to delivering premium cinematic experiences across Indonesia.
In this role, you will be responsible for curating our film lineups, optimizing showtime schedules, and analyzing audience data to maximize box office performance. You will work closely with film distributors, internal marketing teams, and cinema operations to ensure that every FLIX location offers a compelling and commercially successful content mix.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive film programming strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Collaborate with major film distributors to secure high-demand titles and negotiate booking terms.
- Analyze weekly box office performance, attendance trends, and competitor activity to inform scheduling decisions.
- Optimize daily showtime schedules across multiple screens and locations to cater to local demographic preferences.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align film releases with promotional campaigns and special events.
- Prepare detailed reports on content performance for senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends, upcoming release calendars, and audience feedback to stay ahead of the market.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in film programming, cinema management, or content distribution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and market trends.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills to work effectively with film distributors.
- Proficiency in cinema management software and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Strong command of English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
