Tanggung Jawab
- Managing daily customer invoicing and verifying transaction data.
- Monitoring accounts receivable aging and identifying overdue payments.
- Communicating professionally with clients regarding outstanding invoices and payment status.
- Assisting in the reconciliation of bank statements and payment records.
- Preparing periodic reports for the Finance Manager regarding AR performance.
- Supporting general administrative finance tasks as required by the department.
- Ensuring all financial documentation complies with internal company policies and accounting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of professional experience are highly encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas).
- Strong numerical ability and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Good command of written and spoken Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Capable of managing time effectively and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
