PT Parahyangan Motor Perkasa is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Account Receivable professional to join our finance team in Kabupaten Bandung. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial health of our organization by ensuring the accurate recording, monitoring, and collection of customer receivables.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, excellent communication skills for client follow-ups, and the ability to maintain meticulous records. You will work closely with the sales and finance departments to reconcile accounts and ensure that all outstanding payments are tracked and processed in a timely and professional manner.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and track customer account receivables to ensure timely payments.
- Generate and distribute accurate invoices and credit memos to clients.
- Perform daily reconciliation of payments received against outstanding balances.
- Proactively communicate with clients regarding overdue accounts via email and phone.
- Maintain comprehensive and organized records of all financial transactions and customer correspondence.
- Prepare weekly and monthly aging reports for management review.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
- Assist in the month-end closing process as required by the finance manager.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar accounting role.
- Strong understanding of accounting cycles and financial record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
