Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial operations, including general ledger accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPN and PPh) and internal control policies.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and provide support for financial forecasting.
- Coordinate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with management to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, or SAP).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
