Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily sales reconciliation to ensure transactional accuracy and completeness
- Record, verify, and reconcile all e-commerce transactions across multiple sales channels
- Monitor financial data for discrepancies and implement corrective actions promptly
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve transactional issues
- Assist in month-end closing processes and financial reporting preparation
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and Indonesian financial regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance/accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Experience with e-commerce transaction processing preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
