Melindo Pratama Putra is currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Finance Accounting Administration professional to join our growing team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial integrity of our daily operations. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our accounting department, ensuring that all financial records, invoices, and administrative tasks are managed with accuracy and compliance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Verify and reconcile financial documents, invoices, and expense reports to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Maintain well-organized physical and digital filing systems for all financial transactions.
- Support the finance team during month-end and year-end closing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Accurate, Zahir, or SAP is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an added value.
- Based in or willing to work in Jakarta Barat.
