Genecraft Labs is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance, Accounting and Tax Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in Kebon Jeruk. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the integrity of our financial operations, ensuring tax compliance, and providing actionable financial insights to support our company's growth.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing complex accounting cycles while maintaining rigorous standards of financial reporting. You will play a key role in optimizing our fiscal processes, mitigating risks, and supporting the management team in high-level decision-making.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily finance, accounting, and bookkeeping operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage end-to-end tax reporting processes, including PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and VAT (PPN).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations and internal standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth financial audits.
- Perform comprehensive cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and account payable/receivable oversight.
- Develop and implement internal financial controls to protect company assets and minimize operational risks.
- Analyze financial trends and provide performance reports to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian tax laws (Brevet A/B certification is highly preferred).
- Advanced knowledge of ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior finance staff effectively.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
