Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly and annual financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet).
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including monthly PPh and PPN reporting.
- Reconcile bank accounts and internal ledgers to ensure data integrity.
- Support the annual audit process and provide necessary documentation for external auditors.
- Coordinate with internal departments to maintain organized financial records and documentation.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting for company projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or tax administration is preferred; fresh graduates with strong academic performance are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar).
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax laws and accounting standards (PSAK).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
