PT. Cahaya Pratama Internasional is currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) Specialist to join our dynamic team in Kabupaten Bogor. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax laws (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN) and manage tax reporting requirements.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets, identifying variances and offering recommendations for cost optimization.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure seamless audit processes and financial documentation transparency.
- Maintain fixed asset registers, depreciation schedules, and bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Provide support for budget forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting for senior leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in accounting and tax roles, preferably in a manufacturing or trading industry.
- Proficient in Indonesian Tax Regulations (Brevet A/B certification is a significant advantage).
- Strong hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and analytical thinking capabilities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively within a target-oriented environment.
