Tanggung Jawab
- Lead comprehensive financial planning, accounting operations, and tax compliance for palm plantation activities
- Develop and implement strategic financial policies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Manage tax planning and compliance to optimize financial performance
- Coordinate external audits and regulatory reporting requirements
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and controls
- Mentor and develop finance team capabilities
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting/Finance; S2 or professional certification (CA/CPA) preferred
- 10+ years in finance management with 5+ years in leadership role
- Extensive experience in agribusiness/palm oil industry
- Expertise in Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, PPnBM)
- Proven track record in financial strategy and risk management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SAP/ERP systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
