Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee daily accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Manage the end-to-end tax compliance process, including PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and VAT (PPN) filings.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting and finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax authorities.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Analyze financial variances and provide actionable insights to management for cost optimization.
- Ensure timely financial reporting and budget monitoring across various engineering projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CA/CPA/Brevet A&B) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (Pajak) and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Proven ability to lead teams and thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, professional skepticism, and attention to detail.
