PT. RUI LANG TECHNOLOGY is a dynamic and rapidly growing technology enterprise. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Finance, Accounting, and Tax Manager to lead our financial operations in Jakarta. This is a strategic role designed for a seasoned professional who can bridge the gap between complex financial reporting, tax compliance, and seamless cross-border communication.
As our financial lead, you will be the cornerstone of our fiscal integrity, ensuring that our operations align with PSAK standards while leveraging ERP technology to optimize efficiency. We are looking for a candidate who is not just a numbers expert, but a proactive leader capable of driving financial performance in a fast-paced technology environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and month-end closing processes.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Indonesian PSAK standards and local tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.).
- Manage and optimize ERP system utilization to streamline financial workflows.
- Lead tax planning, audit preparation, and reporting to relevant government authorities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide accurate budget analysis and financial insights.
- Act as the primary financial liaison for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and corporate headquarters.
- Supervise, mentor, and guide the accounting staff to ensure operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in senior finance and accounting roles.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory to liaise with regional stakeholders.
- Must possess a valid BNSP certification.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws and PSAK financial reporting standards.
- Proven track record in managing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and excellent attention to detail.
