Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting entries and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Handle end-to-end tax processes including PPh 21, 23, 25, and VAT (PPN) reporting.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity.
- Maintain systematic filing of financial documents and supporting evidence for audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and external audit requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Finance/Accounting or Tax role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A/B certification is a strong plus).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively within a team and handle strict deadlines consistently.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Badung, Bali.
