Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end finance operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger management, and month-end closing processes
- Lead tax compliance initiatives including VAT, income tax, and corporate filings while staying updated on regulatory changes
- Develop and maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and risk mitigation
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and budget forecasts for executive review
- Manage and mentor finance team members, fostering professional development and high performance standards
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions during compliance reviews
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting systems and ERP implementation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years in finance/audit roles with 2+ years in supervisory capacity
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, PPnBM) and PSAK standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
- Excellent leadership abilities with proven track record in team development
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English with exceptional communication skills
- Experience in multinational company environments preferred
