Tanggung Jawab
- Lead monthly/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Manage tax compliance, planning, and audit coordination
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger operations
- Develop and implement internal controls for financial systems
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations
- Supervise accounting team and ensure accurate financial documentation
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
- Minimum 5 years experience in accounting/tax roles with 2+ years supervisory experience
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh, etc.)
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
