Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK and corporate standards.
- Manage all tax compliance activities, including PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and VAT (PPN) reporting and documentation.
- Supervise the finance team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes and ensure transparency.
- Perform financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support management decision-making.
- Maintain compliance with all local fiscal regulations and update processes as tax laws evolve.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting and tax supervision, preferably within the EPC, energy, or mining sectors.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (KUP, PPh, PPN) and financial accounting standards.
- Proven experience in utilizing accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate).
- Hold a Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
