Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including general ledger maintenance and accounts payable/receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, providing variance analysis to the management team.
- Ensure strict compliance with tax regulations and manage annual audit processes.
- Supervise, mentor, and coach the junior finance staff to build a high-performing team.
- Implement and improve internal controls to optimize financial workflows and risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to provide financial insights that support business goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong proficiency in financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or accurate accounting systems).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian PSAK standards and current tax regulations.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and handle complex financial data with high accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities to manage team dynamics effectively.
