Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Tax compliance.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and implement robust internal control procedures to mitigate financial risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and provide strategic recommendations to support executive decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure seamless audit processes and timely resolution of findings.
- Manage treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and bank reconciliations.
- Mentor and supervise the finance team to foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/CA certification is highly preferred).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and PSAK/IFRS standards.
- Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data into business insights.
- Proven track record in managing internal controls and process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
