Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all financial operations, including general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and treasury management.
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support long-term business goals and sustainable growth.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, budget forecasts, and cash flow projections for executive management.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, reporting standards (PSAK/IFRS), and statutory audits.
- Optimize financial processes and internal controls to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic insights and financial performance analysis to guide management decision-making.
- Mentor and manage the accounting team, fostering a culture of high performance, integrity, and professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CFA certification is highly preferred).
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
- Proven ability to manage financial operations in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strategic mindset.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
