Be part of the fast-growing events company in Indonesia and shape the financial future of PT Maison Events Indo. We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Executive to oversee all accounting operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive strategic financial planning.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing comprehensive reports, and providing actionable insights to support business growth. You will collaborate closely with senior management to develop budgets, monitor performance, and implement best practices that align with Indonesian accounting standards.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Managing daily accounting activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with SAK.
- Ensuring timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT and corporate income tax.
- Leading the budgeting and forecasting processes, delivering variance analysis to stakeholders.
- Coordinating internal and external audits and maintaining robust internal controls.
- Identifying process improvements and leveraging technology to increase efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (SAK).
- Oversee tax compliance, including VAT, income tax, and coordination with external tax advisors.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis to management.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining robust documentation and controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and support business growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is advantageous.
