Join MLV Technology's dynamic finance team as a Finance & Accounting Executive. This pivotal role requires you to manage the complete accounting lifecycle, ensuring accurate financial reporting, cash flow optimization, and account reconciliation. You will report directly to the Managing Director, providing critical financial insights to drive strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and possess strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) aligned with PSAK standards
- Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and bank reconciliation processes
- Oversee account reconciliation for all balance sheet accounts and subsidiary ledgers
- Develop and analyze financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and financial planning initiatives
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with minimum 5 years of experience
- Expertise in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience managing full-cycle accounting and financial reporting processes
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with executive leadership
