MLV Technology is seeking a meticulous and highly motivated Finance & Accounting Executive to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring precision in every ledger entry and transparency in our financial reporting. You will work closely with the Managing Director to provide actionable insights that drive our business growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger entries.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
- Oversee cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and daily financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
- Collaborate directly with the Managing Director to provide financial analysis and budgetary support.
- Monitor and improve internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
- Manage payroll processing and maintain accurate employee compensation records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, SAP, MYOB, or Accurate).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian taxation laws (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and professional ethics.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines.
