Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and optimize all finance/accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, tax, and treasury functions
- Drive accurate financial reporting and analysis for stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Develop strategic financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Manage working capital, cash flow forecasting, and banking relationships
- Lead digital transformation initiatives in finance systems and processes
- Mentor and develop high-performing finance teams through coaching and training
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or MBA preferred
- 10+ years finance experience with 5+ years in managerial/leadership role
- Expertise in Indonesian financial regulations and PSAK standards
- Proven track record in ERP implementation (SAP Oracle) and process optimization
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Experience in automotive/manufacturing industry highly valued
- Advanced Excel proficiency and data visualization skills
