- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support business objectives
- Oversee all accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Lead financial planning and analysis to drive informed decision-making
- Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies
- Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and budgeting
- Excellent knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and financial regulations
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing finance teams
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
