Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily data entry, bookkeeping, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Support the finance team in preparing monthly financial reports and budget tracking.
- Help process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Participate in periodic internal audits and inventory reconciliation processes.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems for invoices, receipts, and tax documents.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect financial data and ensure documentation compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of tax-related documents and regulatory reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Current student or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and other MS Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of organizational skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems efficiently.
- Good command of both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work full-time during the internship period and handle confidential information with integrity.
